Gianna De Salvo is a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher and founder of the 5 week Joyful Mums stress management course. She draws from current research that is being generated in the fields of psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, meditation and other present-moment awareness techniques in her research and practice, as well as in her own life.

She has led Introduction to Mindfulness sessions at a number of corporations in a large group setting and has performed guided mindfulness sessions with individuals and small groups.
